Overview of Role:
Sealing Technologies, Inc. is a Maryland-based company providing Cyber Security services and cutting-edge technologies to the Federal Government. SealingTech is looking for an experienced and talented Program Manager to join our dynamic and fast paced team.

As the Program Manager for our Defense Cyber Weapons Systems (DCWS) program supporting the United States Marine Corps (USMC), you will lead a high-performing team with direct involvement with project management, planning, and successful execution while maintaining a cost, scope, and schedule baseline. Additionally, you will lead engineers on the project to ensure that the overall solution being deployed meets the requirements of the program and customer. You will lead the hardware/cyber-fly away kit configuration and management as well as the cyber tool deployment an configuration efforts.

What we need you to do:

• Own and lead the overall program delivery strategy and resources for success over the 5 year agreement
• Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and functional requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and business partners
• Ensure all program activities, across both the technical and business perspectives, are tasked, tracked and completed according to program scope and IWS
• Identify, track and mitigate issues and program/risks items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders/ clients as needed
• Maintain accurate program estimates/forecasts, timelines, work plans, and status reports across all program CLINs and Task Orders
• Plan budgets for equipment, resources, and vendors across all program CLINs
• Design and implement processes to monitor and control resources, budget, risks, and quality
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Assists with proposal writing and business development as needed
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients
• Serves as the contractor’s single contract manager and shall be the contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ Years of Program Leadership, Management, or Directly Related Experience in an IT DoD program environment, including financial management, schedule management, risk management, technical scope management, and staff planning
• Program management of a FFP contract of over $50 M in scope with multiple CLINs
• Direct experience with defensive cyber operations within the DoD or similar environments. Deep understanding of the cyber mission and associated tools.
• 3-5+ years of experience with leading and tasking a team of skilled engineers, architects, and test engineers

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings
• Experience with various system engineering lifecycle methodologies including waterfall, spiral, and Agile
• Experience with analyzing program-specific financial metrics to conduct accurate forecasting, projections, and monitoring actuals against plans

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills to lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
• Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills with a successful record of delivering large scale, complex, enterprise-wide systems, and solutions
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Microsoft Project, MSTeams, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
• BS/ BA in related field
• PMP certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire

• US Citizen
• Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep experience of Defensive Cyber Operations, cyber technologies, and capabilities including tool integration
• Experience with RMF/ATO/iATO, Training, Testing, and Sustainment within the DoD
• Hands on Eexperience with DCO software tools, such as Splunk, Zeek, Palo Alto, RedSeal, VMWare, and others
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Security +, or CISSP Certifications
• Experience working in the DoD, especially USMC
  
  

Salary Range
$150,000 to $200,000


This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
